  1. Is there a cost to use Photo Fun Fundraising?
    1. No, you do not pay a penny for using Photo Fun Fundraising. It is free to all organizations and members.
    2. Members only pay when they order a product.
  2. What type of organizations sign up for Photo Fun Fundraising?
    1. Any tax exempt nonprofit organization can use this site, schools, clubs, churches, associations, and societies.
    2. Learn more about tax exempt status.
  3. Who in my organization should sign up for Photo Fun Fundraising?
    1. Anyone that fills out the registration form for their organization.
    2. You must have your organization's Tax Identification Number (TIN) on the form.
  4. What is the difference between registering and member signup?
    1. Registration is for organizations to enter their contact information. This contact information is used to distribute funds.
    2. Sign up is for your members to create an account to order products.
  5. How do I get a Fundraising Code?
    1. When an organization registers we will send an email to the organization's contact information on the registration form, with the organization’s Fundraising Code.
  6. Why do I need a Fundraising Code?
    1. A Fundraising Code is your organization's identification used for reporting and accounting.
    2. Share your organization's Fundraising Code with members.
    3. The Fundraising Code is entered into the shopping cart for you to receive funds.
  7. How does my organization get paid?
    1. Photo Fun Fundraising will send a monthly check to the organization's contact name and address entered in the registration form.
  8. Are there accounting reports available?
    1. Yes

  9. May I tell others about our Fundraising Code so they can order with Photo Fun Fundraising?
    1. Of course, the more friends that use your Fundraising Code the more money your organization will raise.
    2. Have your friends go to www.photofunfundraising.com and sign up for their own account.
  10. Can I let other people use my account?
    1. Your membership account is password protected. You would need to give them your user name and password to enter your account.
    2. It would be better for them to set up their own membership.
  11. Can I register my organization more than once at Photo Fun Fundraising?
    1. Once your organization is registered, it will have its own unique Fundraising Code.
    2. Share that Fundraising Code with other members of your organization to get rewards.
  12. Can I share photos with others?
    1. Once you have an account you can email photos, photo books, and any other photo product from the gallery, preview screen and my project.
  13. Do I have to load software to my computer?
    1. No, you do not need to load software onto your computer. Photo Fun Fundraising is a browser based application. This means that it works over the internet.
    2. Photo Fun Fundraising is compliant with all browsers; IE, Safari, Chrome, etc.
  14. Does Photo Fun Fundraising work on PC or MAC?
    1. Yes
  15. How long can I keep photos in my account?
    1. One year
